Job Requisition:Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Instructor/TSE Systems Administrator
Leidos has an immediate opening at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base (WRANGB), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for an ACCT Instructor and Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) systems administrator. The selected candidate will serve as a simulator training instructor providing classroom and simulator instruction to Tactical Systems Operators (TSO) using the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) and associated systems. They will also perform TSE systems management functions. The candidate must possess an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as contracted Tactical Support Operator Instructor for initial qualifications for the 1A8X2 career field on the TSE as well as Mode re-qualification training. Responsible for training Career Enlisted Aviator students on signals theory, equipment operation, radio communications procedures, TTPs and COMSEC procedures. Additional responsibilities include accurately capturing/logging student performance in training records and developing individualized remedial training plans. Some travel for training may be required. TSE systems administrator functions include systems audits, security reviews, software maintenance, trouble-shooting, assisting with academic scenario development, and performance monitoring/reporting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree is required . Related experience can substitute for a degree
- Must have 8 years of related experience.
- Must have strong customer service skills to support dealing with a variety of military officers and civilian managers.
- Prior instructor experience and multiple Mode certifications.
- Must have the ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team.
- Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Patriot Excalibur (PEX).
- Prior experience with TSE operation and current Security+ Certification required.
