Job Requisition:Program Financial Controller
The Government Health and Safety Solutions Operation has an opening for a program financial controller to support various contracts within the health operation.
Will be a key member of the CDC financial team as one of the Program Financial Controllers within the CDC portfolio. Responsible for the programs, participating in the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting of the programs for the CDC under the GH&SS Health Operation for the Atlanta office. Responsibilities include significant interface with the N3 manager, Program Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other Support organizations. Implements financial policies and procedures in support of the program. Establishes and maintains cost/schedule baselines, develops WBS and related dictionaries, develops schedules or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), when required, budgets, and has a complete understanding of related financial policies. Understands schedule critical path and performs related analyses. Will assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management. Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program financial reviews. Prepares written and verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances.
Requires a BA degree in Business Administration or related discipline and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
Has the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments within the programs supporting.
Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.
Knowledge of Leidos financial systems; such as: Hyperion/OBI, Cognos, Fusion, LPAS, SLICs, and Cost Point
