Job Description:

The Varec Business Process Integration Manager, in coordination with the Varec Leadership Team, is responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Duties include researching best business practices within and outside the organization, collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices that align with Leidos corporate policy and procedures and that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Duties will include analyzing current and future corporate tools and determining how these technologies can support reengineering business processes.

The successful candidate with be able to work independently and across Program Management, Finance, Production, and Engineering functions at various levels of the organization to document, analyze, and recommend changes to Varec policies, practices, and procedures.  In-depth knowledge of Leidos corporate finance and program management tools, policies, and procedures is a MUST.

Primary Responsibilities
•    Mapping and improving end-to-end processes across the company
•    Establish processes and standards for the company that align with Leidos standards
•    Collaborate and coordinate process improvement & actions with program teams and functional staff
•    Work with Government and Commercial Program teams to develop, utilize, and archive program plans and artifacts  

Basic Qualifications
•    BS/BA and 15+ years of relevant experience or MA/MS with 13+ years of experience
•    Demonstrated success in a business leadership role
•    Ability to establish effective working relationships with senior-level stakeholders, technical staff, managers, peers, and staff
•    Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work independently
