Job Description:

The Finance and Business Office at Leidos currently has an opening for a mid-level career Financial Analyst to work in our Webster, TX office.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial analyst to demonstrate their analytical skills with the Cargo Mission Contract.  On this NASA contract, Leidos provides prime logistics and engineering services that supports the International Space Station (ISS) and Exploration Programs. The contract works very closely with hardware providers, International Partners, and commercial ISS Visiting Vehicles to ensure the safe, on-time delivery of hardware and services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly incurred cost for development of customer cost reporting and invoicing
  • Perform variance analysis on cost incurred against fiscal year budgets
  • Manage schedule status reviews to incorporate inputs from project managers in support of monthly business rhythm

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

Preferred Qualifications

  • COBRA software experience a plus
  • NASA Cost Reporting template 533M experience is desired

This position requires successful completion of a government background check to access government facilities and/or systems. Work cannot begin on the contract without a fully adjudicated security clearance. If you are not a United States Citizen or Green Card holder, this check could take 12-18 months to complete.
