Leidos is seeking a Junior-level Staffing Specialist to support a PMO for a large (200+ FTE) contract within the Intelligence Community. The Staffing Specialist will assist the PMO with reviewing, interviewing, and vetting candidates for the contract. The Staffing Specialist will assist the PMO with coordinating interviews for the customer site Leads, and assist with making hiring decisions for the PMO. The Staffing Specialist will assist with evaluating candidates’ skill sets and experience against contract requirements. The Staffing Specialist will work with the PMO Leads to generate metrics on a weekly and monthly basis. The Staffing Specialist will be required to work with the Recruiting team to develop job requisitions and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process. The Staffing Specialist will assist with managing and updating an online dashboard highlighting the contract’s staffing needs.
Location: McLean, VA
· Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of professional experience is required
· Experience working as a Recruiter or experience supporting the staffing needs of a government contract is required
· Experience working Microsoft Office products
· Excellent communication skills are required in order to interact with site leads & potential candidates
· Bachelor’s degree is required
· Experience/knowledge of the Intelligence Community is desired
· Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) is desired
· At a minimum, candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance
· TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is desired
