A T2 Infrastructure Engineer has broad exposure across a number of core infrastructure and cloud technologies and supports existing hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives for Leidos customers. Duties include providing remote and site support services as well as assisting in the implementation of new infrastructure or cloud services and ensuring adherence to relevant policies and best practice. A Junior Infrastructure Engineer may contribute to projects, programmes of work or bid/proposal activities:
- supporting implementation – installation, configuration, integration & data migration
- troubleshooting and reporting on issues and incidents
- contributing to documentation for users, customers, partners, support teams and other engineers
- contributing to projects

Knowledge: Demonstrates application of essential generic knowledge typically found in industry bodies of knowledge. Has gained a basic domain knowledge. Absorbs new information when it is presented systematically and applies it effectively.
Security: Is fully aware of and complies with essential organisational security practices expected of the individual
Typically requires B.Sc degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
