Leidos is seeking an Electronic Technician who will be a member of a dynamic team working on the Next Generation Air Transportation System and the pulse of the National Airspace System advancing our transition from a ground-based system of air traffic control to a satellite-based system of air traffic management.
NextGen is vital to the future of air navigation, providing the foundational platform required for FAA to enable solutions, via modernization programs such as: En Route Automation Modernization, and Terminal Flight Data Management.
NextGen will provide benefits for both users and the flying public by increasing and improving overall air traffic flow.
- Perform testing and repair of Electronic Hardware.
- Familiar with Windows 7/10 and Linux Red Hat OS.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products.
- Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of prior relevant experience.
- Capable of attaining IPC-7711/7721 soldering repair certification.
