Leidos has a career opportunity for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Chantilly, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leidos is seeking an Intelligence Group Mission Solutions (MS) Operation Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can perform the following tasks:
•Provide technical vision and strategy for a $500M+ organization focused on a single Intelligence Community (IC) customer.
•Provide technical leadership to and support oversight of MS program and contract execution to meet technical, cost and schedule requirements.
•Provide technical leadership, vision and guidance for MS new business capture activities.
•Interact with senior customer executives to shape technology vision and position Leidos to win new and follow-on contract competitions.
•Lead MS senior technologists, solution architects and chief engineers – attract, select, and retain technical talent for performance on MS programs, contracts and new business opportunities.
•Support career path identification and support for technical talent.
•Provide technology innovation vision and leadership for MS Operations, infusing creative solutions into programs and proposals.
•Perform as a leader in the Office of Technology to horizontally integrate, share, and reuse technology and resources across the corporation
•The position location is: Chantilly, VA
 
Basic qualifications:

•Typically requires Masters with 20+ years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 16+ years of prior relevant experience.
•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
•Proven ability to seamlessly integrate into a high performing team
•Experience briefing Federal Agency executives
•Experience winning and executing Federal agency contracts
•Demonstrated experience driving innovation and technology discriminators into programs
•Successful proposal technical leadership capabilities and experience
•Successful Federal contract technical leadership execution experience
•Knowledge and experience of technologies relevant to the MS Operation
•Experience supervising or leading teams or projects

•Must maintain an existing TS/SCI w/ poly

Desired qualifications:
•Proven experience leading (program management and technical management) and winning complex IC technology contracts with values > $100M and multi-year periods of performance
•Recognized expertise and experience developing solutions related to digital transformation, cyber, SIGINT, and software development/secure DevOps for Federal Customers
•Proven ability and experience developing and executing technical strategy at a corporate level
•Experience working with and supporting MS Operations customers 
•7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
