Responsible for engaging Senior Army Fires officials at the Army’s Fires Center of Excellence, (FCOE) Fort Sill .Oklahoma as well with Senior Leaders within the Army, Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO-C3T) and the Program Executive Office-Simulation, Training (PEO-STRI). This also includes Joint and Combined arms operations.
Develop analysis plans, survey designs, survey administration and analysis of results for Legacy and Future Army Fires Command and Control Systems.
Provide analysis and feedback on all legacy and future Army Fires Command and Control System requirements. Engage Senior Army Leaders and Key Stakeholders within the Fires and Acquisition Communities. Participate and provide constructive input and analysis during technical exchanges and team meetings. Demonstrate Fires Domain expertise for requirements development, software functionality and testing. Assist the Leidos location including Box Hill and Orlando-based teams with software testing and content verification.

Requires the ability to operate independently and communicate technical material effectively with staff, peers, and senior Leidos management and Army Leaders. Must have good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills as well as the ability to create and communicate complex concepts and/or innovative solutions.
Internal/External Contacts: As a primary customer interface, must be able to listen to and understand customer expectations and concerns, and assure project is being executed in accordance with customer desires. Ability to build relationships with internal users, support groups and customers.
