Leidos has an immediate Need for an Administrative Support person. Duties:
1. Represents organizational unit on administrative matters
2. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures
3. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, and/or Traffic
4. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required
Populate Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker database entry for the purpose of generating, tracking and maintain LOAs. Generate Country Clearances request using Aircraft Personnel Automated Clearance System software. Initiate pre-deployment documentation and prepare deployment packages. Ensure compliance on deployment /renewal packages. Work and process country visas. Maintain and distribute tracking matrix. Process CAC applications. Maintain Management Products/ Tools. Perform other duties as assigned by either the Program Manager or Deployment Processing Manager. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
Basic Qualifications Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience in deployment processing, to include SPOT and APACS. Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Works under very general supervision. This is not an entry-level position. Knowledge of the SPOT database system, APACS, FGC database system is required. Experience with working with employees located in hostile areas in Southwest Asia.
