We, Leidos, are currently seeking C5ISR engineers, developers, pilots, mechanics, data scientists (AI/ML) and intelligence analysis with a background in variety of intelligence disciplines to include Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT)). In your critical role, you will be part of an elite team providing to support Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Information Technology (IT) and information technologies advanced concept development and the analysis, testing, development, and integration of equipment, operations, and training for the Special Operation’s Command Pacific (SOCPAC). Support required includes project management, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) services, and cybersecurity services for COCO deployments and sustainment of surface, air and subsurface ISR platforms and associated intelligence fusion cell(s) supporting the platform(s), with the capability to collect, transmit, process, provide analysis, exploit, and disseminate ISR products and collected data.

Purpose
The Special Operation’s Command Pacific (SOCPAC) is in need of contractor services to provide a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions. This requirement will provide synergy with other mission partners in the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) AOR to allow efficiencies across similar requirements. The contractor SHALL provide flexible services including, but not be limited to, Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated (COCO) capabilities using air, surface, subsurface, and cyber platforms to meet mission needs in an ever-changing threat and technology landscape. SOCPAC requires that this support continuously leverage the latest C5ISR technologies and best practices to rapidly refresh capabilities and ensure platforms and intelligence operations provide optimal support.

Scope
SOCPAC, as well as its DoD and non-DoD partner organizations requires a responsive, efficient, and reliable means to satisfy requirements for intelligence collection support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform operation, ISR data analysis, and related services. Support required includes project management, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) services, and cybersecurity services for COCO deployments and sustainment of surface, air and subsurface ISR platforms and associated intelligence fusion cell(s) supporting the platform(s), with the capability to collect, transmit, process, provide analysis, exploit, and disseminate ISR products and collected data.

Objective
The objective of this effort is to support Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Information Technology (IT) and information technologies advanced concept development and the analysis, testing, development, and integration of equipment, operations, and training for all aspects of support.
