Leidos is currently seeking a Consulting Employee.
Provide overall direction of program activities manage and maintain communications and interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization.
Consult with the customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables to ensure conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
Responsible for organizing, directing and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter- related project task that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations and must have experience managing a diverse matrixed team of professionals to ensure the success of the program.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinate and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
The CE will also assess customer’s requests and determine urgency, status, and requirements to coordinate, and execute the next steps in problem evaluation and resolution. CE must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidate should be comfortable communicating with the customer and stakeholders, task and functional leaders, subcontractors and support personnel and deliver project within cost, schedule and budget constraints
BS degree and 12 years experience, 7 years managing and leading teams
Must be able to provide Advanced IT System Level Support to all tasks on project.
Knowledge and Experience with NETCOM G6 customer and their mission in Fort Huachuca.
