INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
Interface daily with Sr. Level stakeholders to develop, resolve and support training requirements. Coordinate with Foundry Site Directors and Functional Leads to propel governance and sustainment processes. Create and perform database queries on the enterprise level to inform, assist and develop solutions for training plans and schedules. Compile reports for monthly, quarterly and annual training requirements. Coordinate and attend virtual and in-person meetings and supporting documents. Develop tools to aid in knowledge management through SharePoint applications and maintain, develop and enhance existing pages, portals and sites. Serve as SME for ATRRS operations across enterprise. Develop Mission Essential Tasks (MET) and MI Training Strategy for INSCOM units to include developing supporting collective tasks with associated Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&Eos). Develop training Circulars for Echelon Above Corps (EAC) units. Develop training doctrine by incorporating multiple DA regulations and policy papers. Leverage current and emerging training methodologies and standards for incorporation within doctrinal policies and procedures. Utilize best practices and lessons learned within the training and doctrine development cycle.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with five years of experience, or equivalent experience/combined education
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Extensive Knowledge Management experience across a variety of tools
· Proven ability to coordinate executive level meetings with local and remote stakeholders
· Demonstrated experience developing regular reporting structures and innovative data sourcing techniques
· Ability to interface and present to Sr. Level stakeholders
· Former Army Military Intelligence experience
