Job Description:

The DI Lead is responsible for the management and technical leadership of Leidos team personnel performing functions in support of the DI. The DI Lead is responsible for providing senior-level expertise to the collection and analysis support, counterterrorism analysis as well as editing of products for internal and external use. The DI Lead leads or directs the work of Leidos Team personnel to meet the requirements of DI  in conjunction with the other directorates and offices within the Pathfinder TO. The Task 4 Lead is responsible for on-time, high-quality product delivery and leads continuous process improvement initiatives for improving quality and efficiency.  

This role requires comprehensive knowledge across the tasks requirements, functionality, capabilities, deliverables, interfaces, tools, and processes.

TS/SCI with Poly

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience with intelligence analysis, including five years in strategic all-source analysis, data science, and production
A minimum of five years of experience performing as a team lead or manager  

Desired: Experience in an IC, military, or other Government environment performing in a role similar to that of the DI Lead
