Job Description:
The Chief Mission Officer is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership to analysts across Pathfinder. This role provides oversight and direction for NCTC analysis support activities and approaches. This role focuses on facilitating achievement of the contract objectives through innovative analysis techniques and efficiencies. This role communicates with the PMO and senior NCTC officials to stay informed on NCTC mission priorities and facilitates quick support responses for changing NCTC needs.
This role is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day analytic activities, products, and accomplishments. This role has responsibility for the quality of all performance under the tasks and subtasks relating to analysis and assessments. The role is responsible for oversight of a broad spectrum of analysis support including trade studies, integration, and quality assurance. This role evaluates alternatives to reduce risk for all Directorates. This role identifies recommendations for analysis improvements and synergies throughout NCTC.
12+ years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree (years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Knowledge of IC, ODNI, and NCTC mission, roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures
Leadership skills and an ability to identify and implement innovative solutions and efficiencies
Excellent critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and past experience in briefing to audiences at all levels
Knowledge of national-level intelligence priorities with an emphasis on CT priorities
Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, standards and structured analytic tools and databases
