Job Description:

The Government Health and Safety Solutions Operation is hiring for an incumbent capture of the OER contract in the Bethesda/Rockville areas of MD. This program provides software development services to support the Office of Extramural Research (OER) and its offices and divisions, including, Office of Electronic Research Administration (eRA), Division of Data Systems and Data Quality (DDSDQ), Division of Loan Repayment (DLR) and other offices/divisions within the OER.

The OER Office of electronic Research Administration (eRA), provides NIH's enterprise grants management system used by the grantee community and grantor staff to apply for, evaluate, award, manage and track, and close out grants.

The OER Division of Data Systems and Data Quality (DDSDQ) develops and maintains research portfolio reporting databases and analysis tools on behalf of the NIH. Program within DDSDQ include: NIH Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tools (RePORT), The Query, View, and Report (QVR) system and The Portfolio Analysis and Reporting Data Infrastructure (PARDI).

The OER Division of Loan Repayment (DLR) administers the Loan Repayment Program (LRP).
