Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos is currently seeking a Virtualization Manager to join the JSP Platform Services Group located in the NCR- Pentagon, or the Mark Center in Arlington, VA.

JOB SUMMARY
Provide management oversight on all matters related to supporting the virtualization infrastructure in a fast-paced, mission critical program. This position is open only to candidates with an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience; more experience in lieu of degree possible.
•Hands-on experience with installing, configuring, and administrating large complex virtualization environments
• Familiar with Installation Processing Node (IPN) implementations
• Familiar with providing oversight of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (Paas), and Desktop as a Service (Daas)
• Hands-on experience with the VDI image build process and management
• Hands-on experience with Nutanix, ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter
• Familiar with thin and zero clients
• Provide on-site support to unclassified and classified environments
•Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
•IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
