The Cryptologic Task Manager candidate will apply expertise of Cryptologic Air Force Specialties (1A8, 1N2, 1N3,1N4), Requests for Information and official tasking to support customer requirements. Additionally, the candidate will lead efforts to develop new task management tools and processes. The candidate will analyze incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and applicability and disseminate accordingly. The candidate will provide continual Cryptologic Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs to facilitate customer needs. In this capacity, the candidate will assist in planning and drafting formal tasking to subordinate organizations and responses to Higher Headquarters. Candidate will liaise with multiple internal and external organizations to facilitate visits, tech demonstrations, information exchanges and more. Finally, this candidate will be responsible for supervising a matrixed team within the 16AF to organize, plan, develop and execute solutions to address client needs and solve complex mission challenges. The Supervisor will set goals, measure progress and ensure development and growth of the team. Finally, the supervisor will be accountable to the 16AF Mission Lead for all monthly deliverables.

Previous assignments/work in Air Force Cryptologic operations
Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT)
Experience in Cryptologic AFS (1A8, 1N2, 1N3, 1N4) Functional and/or training management
Experience with Intelligence training operations
Experience with Sharepoint
