We’re looking for a talented Systems Engineer who has the experience necessary to help build out our existing infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as they arise. The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize tasks and coordinate with the End Point Engineering and Test Teams to help improve current system performance. In addition the successful candidate will look to the future and develop a Road Map with the customer.
Measure and monitor current system performance
Perform analysis and make recommendations for performance improvement
Work with Test Team to improve Test Automation and will be responsible for performing the actual testing
Work with End Point Engineering Team and attend End Point engineering scrums and planning sessions.
Perform Trade Studies and write White Papers as necessary
Conduct Pilot Studies as necessary to research a product, develop a prototype or proof of concept
Develop performance budgets (i.e. CPU and Memory)
Will be responsible for system design and full lifecycle
Bachelors’ Degree with 8 years of System Engineering experience with Workstations and Servers. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience with Patch Management software (i.e. SCCM, LanDesk, etc.)
Experience developing and executing Test Plans
Experience with developing Requirements Traceability Matrix
Experience in improving system performance
Familiarity with Fed Ramp Cloud and Cloud Services such as AWS and Azure
Experience with Agile Development Methodology
All candidates supporting the CMS programs must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior in order to be considered.
Experience with Dev, Sec Ops is desired but not a requirement
Experience with implementing and operating Test Automation Tools
