Provide subject matter expertise on analysis and training requirements, workforce development, and Air Force processes. Assist team lead in meeting goals and objectives. Produce high-quality and timely products to enable the client to achieve mission success. Provide exceptional subject matter expertise and constructive feedback on ISR and training matters to 16th Air Force client enhancing the client's objectives in Advanced Analysis while assisting client in meeting goals and objectives to improve cryptologic analysis skills, training, and tradecraft. Serve as the Applications in Critical Thinking (ACT) Project Lead and Supervisor for a team of instructors. The Supervisor will ensure the team’s ability to organize, plan, develop and execute solutions to address client needs and solve complex mission challenges. The Supervisor will set goals, measure progress and ensure development and growth of the team. Finally, the supervisor will be accountable to the 16AF Mission Lead for all monthly deliverables.
Previous assignments/work in analysis and training supporting the ACC ISR enterprise
10+ years’ of related intelligence experience
10+ years’ experience working in a government staffing agency (MAJCOM or Numbered Air Force)
Experience with online software development tools and applications
Experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
