The 16AF Lead Knowledge Manager will apply expertise of varying levels of permissions and security features involving diverse groups to achieve the customer's requirements of information sharing across 16AF subordinate units. The candidate will analyze numerous staff programs to help use technology to solve various repeatable tasks. The candidate will work to automate various staffing processes to improve and standardize staff functions. Additionally, the candidate will serve as liaison to various subordinate offices and units. The candidate will also develop and maintain low-level projects for data protection. In this capacity, the candidate will assist in planning and synchronizing office and subordinate unit activities to defend against adversary actors. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for supervising a matrixed team within the 16AF to organize, plan, develop and execute solutions to address client needs and solve complex mission challenges. The Lead will set goals, measure progress and ensure development and growth of the team. Finally, the Lead will be accountable to the 16AF Mission Lead for all monthly deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree) and 12+ years of related experience.
Extensive experience with SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019
Previous assignments/work in ISR enterprise
Experience with C/C++, Python, C#, PowerShell, bash, etc.
