Primary Responsibilities

The Lead Operational Readiness and Integration candidate will apply Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge to issues impacting Wing operational readiness, efforts to address problem areas, identify and develop future ISR forces and identify deficiencies in the unit’s mission essential tasks reported in the Defense Readiness Reporting System.  Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the Operations Planning Group on focused collection operations, exercises and real world military operational events occurring within global Combatant Commands.  Work with Combatant Commands, Air Operations Centers and Federal Agencies to provide ISR support to Warfighting Commanders.  Engage with the Air Force Cryptologic Office on national mission requirements as well as service led mission initiatives.  Identify air centric missions delegated to the AF Service Cryptologic Component Commander to assume responsibility for processing, exploitation and dissemination of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.  Candidate must have a thorough understanding of Space mission operations to include satellite communications, orbital dynamics, antenna capabilities and signal transmission techniques.  Have an understanding of Air Domain Awareness mission utilizing National Intelligence to assess AF ISR assets to assist multiple Federal agencies to identify threats to civil aviation.  Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for supervising a matrixed team within the 16AF to organize, plan, develop and execute solutions to address client needs and solve complex mission challenges.  The Supervisor will set goals, measure progress and ensure development and growth of the team.  Finally, the supervisor will be accountable to the 16AF Mission Lead for all monthly deliverables.

NSA System Access

Bachelor’s Degree

6-8 years of related experience.

Previous assignments/work in Conventional Cryptologic Operations, Operations Planning, Signals Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME), 70 ISRW Operations Readiness and Integration SME, Capabilities and Operational Needs Assessments supporting the ACC ISR enterprise, Service Led Mission, Air Domain Awareness, Space Mission Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) operations and processes for collection, processing, analysis and reporting and dissemination

Experience utilizing and analyzing mission essential tasks reported within the Defense Readiness Reporting System

Experience utilizing NSA databases: Pulse, NSOC Dashboard, serialized reporting, PRIMS, ITDB, RSTA

Experience utilizing HAF/A3 Daily reports, COCOM and AOC databases, OPORDS, EXORDS, PLANORDS and TASKORDS

Experience with workflow task management system and be able to generate BBPs, IOIs, PPT briefings, WAR reports, scheduling video-teleconferences, preparing calendar meeting invites and trip reports.

Experience briefing Senior Civilians and Military Officers and building tactical and strategic briefing packages as well as chairing meetings, working groups and operations planning teams.
