The DSOP Lead will serve as the management and technical lead of the employees performing CT and WMD-CT collection strategy. The Lead shall lead and direct the work of contractor personnel to meet the requirements of DSOP in conjunction with other directorates and offices within Center. This position will ensure that employees follow customer and industry standards in the performance of their jobs. They will manage the CT Collection Strategists who are the developing, coordinating, editing, and publishing of a range of products that may include finished intelligence products, talking points, presentations, and booklets. Products span regional areas, functional topics, and specific hard-target issues. This support includes, but is not limited to analyzing and recommending CT collection and analytic priorities and assessing IC progress on collection strategies against critical gaps and the hardest CT targets. This position will also be managing the WMD-CT analysts who will be assessing WMD-CT collection strategy by conducting objective and comprehensive assessments on collection capabilities, gaps, and strategies to satisfy them. This position will involve working with counterparts in the IC, DoD, and other agencies identifying new and non-traditional relationships, while strengthening existing relationships with U.S. and foreign partners.
Minimum requirements include:
TS/SCI with Poly
Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience in the intelligence field(years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
5 years of experience performing as a team lead or manager
Experience in an IC, military, or other Government environment performing in a role similar to that of the DSOP Lead.
