The Defense Group at Leidos has an opening for a Task Order Program Manager on the Global Information Grid (GIG) Service Management – Operations (GSM-O) program. The position location is flexible among the current customer/staff locations.
This is an exciting opportunity on a large single-award IDIQ program, GSM-O, to lead multiple task orders in support of key mission partners to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). There are four task orders included with this program manager role:
(1)Joint Inter-Agency Task Force – South (JIATF-S) Counterdrug Mission Partner Support – this task order focused on systems maintenance, systems engineering, integration and implementation support
(2)White House Communications Agency (WHCA) Computer Network Defense Security Operations Center Mission Partner Support – this task order provides 24/7 cybersecurity analyst support to WHCA
(3)US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Mission Partner Support – this task order provides information assurance program support to FORSCOM
(4)DOD Information Network (DODIN) Mission Partner Support – this task order provides support in multiple functional areas for a variety of DISA functions and DISA Mission partners, including EUCOM, Army GCCS-J, 18th Airborne, NORAD/NORTHCOM, and DISA Field Offices at SOCOM, NORTHCOM, and CENTCOM
These task orders are supported by over 90 team members, including both Leidos employees and subcontract partners, globally positioned in support of these customers.
•Plan, organize, secure and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of task order goals and objectives.
•Customer engagement and identifying/driving on contract growth opportunities
•Accountable for all aspects of the task order execution and manages the execution of Task Order-related operational activities
•Responsible for Task order program management operations and resourcing of all Task Order requirements, including staffing, GFE accountability, and tasking responses.
•Meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the Task Order.
•Ensure management processes and facilitates meeting performance requirements.
•Primary Point-of-Contact for execution and ensuring that the program runs within scope, time, and budget constraints.
•A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience and 8+ or more recent/current year’s professional experience within the designated SME area; additional years of work experience may be substituted for degree.
•Must have a minimum of three (3) recent/current years’ experience working in an IT environment similar in size (or larger) and scope to these task orders
•Must be able to support on-site at customer location or Leidos location among the following:
oFort Meade, MD
oFort Bragg, NC
•Must have a Secret clearance.
