Job Description:

The Defense group at Leidos is currently seeking an ERP Program Manager for the Global Combat Support System – Air Force (GCSS-AF) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program in Beavercreek, OH.

ERP Program Manager for the Global Combat Support System – Air Force (GCSS-AF) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.  The position will be focused on program execution of an approximate $20M a year program.  

The GCSS-AF ERP program provides critical IT Management, SW Development and Operations and Sustainment in multiple Cloud Platforms and Oracle-based Systems.  Leidos is the Prime on this challenging and exciting high technology Program supporting the United States Air Force’s technology leaders in ERP Modernization and Cloud.
GCSS-Air Force customers are located at Hanscom AFB in Boston, MA, Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH and Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL.  Members of the Leidos PMO are mostly located in the WMA.

This PM position reports directly to the Director for Enterprise IT and Cloud Services in Leidos-Defense and will have direct oversight and responsibility for two Task Orders on the GCSS-Air Force Contract:
•ERP Services: Managing a team of Leidos and Subcontractor staff, primarily in Montgomery, AL and Dayton, OH that is providing a suite of Common Services to support three Mission Critical ERP Systems across the USAF.  The PMO for this Task Order sits at Hanscom AFB, near Boston, MA.  End User customers are at WPAFB and Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX.  
•DEAMS:  Managing a team of Leidos and Subcontract staff primarily in Dayton, OH that is providing sustainment, systems engineering and management of the GCSS-AF core and exploitation services to implement information technology (IT) services and capabilities in support of the DEAMS customer.

Given the larger number of customer sets at WPAFB, the office for this position is in a Leidos facility, near the Base.  Due to the diverse geographical location of the two PMOs and various customer sets, this position will require frequent and often spur of the moment travel to the other Air Force Bases, primarily Hanscom AFB.


•Success of the program includes customer engagement, program delivery, delivery of financial results, hiring/development of the Leidos staff and partners. Management of cost, schedule, quality and risk to ensure contract requirements are met.
•Ensuring plans are in place for all aspects of the program(s) including staffing, subcontracts, project control, security, processes, customer relationship plans, and program business rhythms.
•Develop and execute a strategy with clear objectives that will ensure the program is “kept sold” and delivers on-contract growth ensuring further penetration in existing customer spaces. 
•Management of key technical staff with Release Train Engineering Managers in Dayton and one other AFB location or the WMA.
•Collaboration across the geographically diverse customer sets is critical to the success of both Task Orders, hence the requirement for frequent travel.  The Cloud Technology and SAFe methodologies are new to this customer set and a strong and demonstrated understanding of both are necessary for success.


•Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of Engineering Management Experience in most of the relevant technologies and/or 5+ Years of Program Management Experience dealing directly with customer in lieu of degree or experience.
•Ability to work out of the Leidos office in Dayton, OH with frequent and unplanned travel is mandatory.
•Demonstrated experience with managing complex customer relationships.
•Demonstrated experience with Agile SW methodologies and/or SAFe.
•Experience with delivery of complex and mission-critical software systems.
•Proven ability to deliver programs with excellence.
•Proven ability to develop and successfully execute customer and partner engagement plans. 
•Experience developing organization and staff capabilities.
•Experience managing and driving program and financial performance of government IT programs.

•Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance OR currently have an interim DoD Secret clearance.

•Experience managing programs or portfolio of programs in excess of $25M/year in revenue
•Management experience in an IT environment directing 50 or more personnel.
•Experience with operational and technical requirements similar to GCSS-AF ERP.
•Demonstrated experience with Cloud technologies.
•Demonstrated experience with Oracle ERP Systems.
•5+ years’ experience in a network operations or IT operations center.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience driving on-contract growth.
