Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a ISR Assessments Analyst at Lackland AFB, TX. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI in order to be considered.

Primary Responsibilities

The ISR Assessments Analyst provides detailed analytical assessments on a bi-monthly basis identifying trends, shortfalls and other additional data points required of specified 16AF missions.  Provides quality control and validates data derived from multiple sources as directed by 625th Operations Center leadership. Must have the ability to work independently, providing high priority deliverables to the customer.  Must be able to coordinate and collaborate with other mission entities to gather data and translate that data into measurable information for which leadership can make decisions. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 12+ years’ experience working ISR Operations
  • Command of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)

    Additional Qualifications:

  • Depth/experience working with airborne platforms
  • Ability to present General Officer-level briefings
  • 3-5 years’ experience ISR asset capabilities and functionality
  • Must have knowledge/experience using classified systems and data repositories (e.g. UNICORN, GAINS, ROME)
  • Knowledge of ISR Operations and the intelligence cycle
