Leidos has an exciting new opportunity for an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Collection Manager/Analyst!
We are searching for a candidate for immediate screening and hiring that has an active TS/SCI clearance who thoroughly understands Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Collection Management (CM), operations and capabilities.
We are looking for an energetic new team member with experience in ISR, including activities related to tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) as well as ISR planning. The ideal candidate will understand ISR and technical collection capabilities, collection management process, and be able to integrate the warfighter’s requirements. This is a unique opportunity to support our warfighters and the position resides in Northern Virginia.
Primary Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand ISR Collection Management (CM).
- Thoroughly understand and has experience in the Collection Management cycle and the process for requesting ISR platform coverage
- Conduct operations research, data engineering, and analysis to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of ISR capabilities to support a variety of ongoing missions.
- Develop visual representations of ISR coverage and support in a designated location; develop recommended ISR Collection Plans.
Basic Qualifications
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.
You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Skilled at research, analysis, and writing; experience authoring reports, assessments, responses to requests for information, talking points, briefings, and other products.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Well-rounded Background in ELINT, MASINT, GEOINT and SIGINT ISR platforms and their capabilities
Knowledge of Counter IED and Counter UAS CM processes
Knowledge of CENTCOM Theater ISR processes ISR and visualization tools knowledge and use:

Formal CM Certifications
Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
Requires a Bachelors Degree and 12-15 years of experience.
