The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Sr. Equipment Specialist at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This position will support the F-16 Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) Product Support Integration (PSI) program.
Job Description The Senior Equipment Specialist will provide technical analysis of assigned equipment or processes; formulation of recommendations for improving technical processes or procedures; drafting of technical procedures; and identifying solutions to technical issues impacting equipment functionality.
Primary Responsibilities Assemble required technical data and documentation. Develop Maintenance Requirements Identify mandated or supplementary items and tasks • Compile technical information as required. Provide customer support to field units to resolve maintenance and logistics questions. Support ICO, Installation check out, at customer sites. Witness acceptance testing at OEM facilities.
Travel to support equipment deliveries at customer sites.
Bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) years of experience. Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor’s degree.
