The Leidos Intelligence Group has a career opportunity for a Java Software Developer at our state of the art Leidos Facility in Annapolis Junction, MD.


Program Summary
As a Java Software Developer you will be participating in a high-visibility DoD/Intel program that provides software design, development, and component testing to an important customer in the cyber arena.  More specifically, it has been the development contract for a major systems acquisition program within the one of the DoD's premier Cyberwarfare organizations to modernize the infrastructure used for managing its mission. This group of elite Cyber professionals is now focused on developing the next generation of cutting-edge Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission management capabilities.

Position Summary
Leidos is seeking a Jr. Java Software Developer to develop software in an agile SCRUM environment to support the data transformation, marking, tagging, and validation of collected data for distribution to end consumers. The software is developed in Java using the NIAGRAFILES Framework. Development team members provide Tier II mission support. Development team members support System Engineering activities to include requirements analysis and design. Development team members develop unit and integration tests that augment formal component and integration testing
Responsibilities:
Design
Middle Tier Development
Mission Support, version management, constructing and maintaining builds, basic understanding of developing dataflows, knowledge of CNE, compliance, & scripting languages. 

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree and three (3) or more years related experience. Degree will not count toward experience requirements
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

A firm understanding of modern computer programming with a minimum of three (3) years-experience in programming and development of application software for complex systems and software testing.
(3) Three years-experience with programming using the modern software environments
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience with Java-Related Technologies:
General- XML processing, JMS, Spring
