Be part of the winning Leidos team and use your valued experience to support the Integrated Base Defense Sustainment Support (IBD-SS).The Defense Group at Leidos has a contingent opening for a Journeyman Training Specialist to work at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and surrounding Leidos offices.
Daily duties include training related support duties in support of the IBD systems. These duties will include development of training materials related to the IBD systems. Materials include but are not limited to presentations, instructor guides, and student handouts. Will be required to conduct classroom and hands-on instruction on IBD relates systems. Responsible for updates to all training curriculum and maintaining training equipment and supplies. Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs. Must be experienced to assess training requirements, identify and evaluate training alternatives, develop training materials to include a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training. Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience. 8 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
- Relevant and recent training support IBD experience.
