The Defense Group at Leidos has exciting opportunities for a Service Operations Manager located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
The successful and talented candidate will join a highly skilled team of IT professionals in the IT Enterprise Modernization and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Enterprise IT services to including: Enterprise IT Policy and Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Requirements Analysis, Asset Management, Product Integration, Network Support Services, Cybersecurity Support Services, Operations Support and IT Support Services.
•Manages computer operations. Ensures production schedules are met.
•Ensures computer system resources are used effectively.
•Coordinates the resolution of production-related problems.
•Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.
•Provides users with computer output. Supervises staff operations.
•Education/Experience: BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience.
•Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.; additional experience in lieu of degree
•Must have IAT Level I, II or III OR equivalent prior to start date
•Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
