The Leidos /NISC III program has an opening for a Program Analyst in Des Moines, WA
The successful candidate will provide expertise to conduct research, evaluations, and studies; present recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements. Classifies and summarizes data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis. Provides planning, scheduling, networking and coordination assistance among all regional and headquarters' organizations; involving NAS implementation and integration efforts and related monitoring/tracking programs. Provides assistance and recommendations to FAA managers and staff who directly affect the conduct and attainment of agency goals.
Coordinating and managing Site Projects (Regional Offices)
o Providing support for meetings with GSA and Regional Administrator
o Creating Meeting Agendas and Meeting Minutes
o Maintaining Action Item Tracker
o Assisting with Project Coordination through interacting with GSA
o Information gathering
o Establishing criteria, processing/analyzing data, etc.
o Providing backup support if FAA POC is out on travel/vacation
o Travel: 25%
· 10 years relevant exempt experience + relevant BS/BA
· 8 years relevant exempt experience + relevant MS
· FAA Real Estate Experience (TAPS, Business Processes, KSN, etc.)
· Microsoft Excel analysis
· Document Sharing software (Google Drive, Dropbox, SmartSheets, etc.)
· Experience with Market Data Collection (for example, using CoStar)
· Research experience
· Strong written communication skills (including technical writing/editing skills) --Microsoft Word experience
· Self-starter; proactive approach; strong verbal communication (assertiveness, teamwork, ability to build rapport with stakeholders quickly)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
Able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
