Program Summary
This contract is a large, multi-year contract for the development, integration, deployment and sustainment of large, collection systems.  The work that’s being done on this Leidos-led, prime contract is extremely important to the government and offers its team members the opportunity to work autonomously and explore new technologies.  Join a tremendous technical team solving hard problems with true mission relevance on emerging technologies. 

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst/Mission Manager will support analytic and reporting activities for our customer.  The selected candidate will support SIGDEV Activities by using customer tools and databases to provide collection summary reports, statistics and metrics via formal and information communication. They will configure customer collection systems to execute tasking and shall ensure that all resources are used efficiently. The analyst shall provide recommendations for optimizing collection and identifying alternative solutions to solve problems.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent military education and/or experience

12 or more years related experience

A minimum of 5 years collection experience with directly related, hands on experience in SIGINT system and subsystem level tasking, configuration, normalization, survey, equipment configuration, basic signal analysis, interpretation of system health indications and parameters and routing processes.

FORNSAT experience is required

Within the last 7 years, a minimum of 5 years configuring and tasking experience in at least two (2) of the following specializations

I. Signal Analysis:

II. Modern Tele-communications System and Networks

III. Telephony Switching System

IV. Communications Systems

V. Cellular/Personal Communications Systems

Within the last 5 years,  a minimum of 4 years experience configuring and tasking the collection & processing systems in at least four (4) of the following specialization categories.

I. Switching and Survey

II. Circuit Processing

III. Packet Processing

IV. Distribution

V. Filtering & Selection

VI. Monitoring

VII. Analytic Tools

Within the last 5 years, a minimum of 4 years experience using the databases/tools listed in at least three (3) of the following specialization categories.

I. Circuit

II. Packet

III. Environmental Knowledge

IV. Signals Characterization

V. Target Analysis/Reporting

VI. Monitoring
