The Defense Group of Leidos has openings for a GEOINT Course at Camp Bullis, TX.
INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support and task oversight management to provide integrated, flexible, and responsive support to meet the objectives and goals of the INSCOM Army GEOINT Office’s (AGO) support to develop and manage the instruction of the of Skill Identifier – 1D Imagery Intelligence Officer (SI-1D) or equivalent course. Coordinate assignment of trainees to available seats, coordinate resources to classrooms, and ensure logistics support for classes. Development and synchronization of Programs of Instruction (POIs), Training Support Plans (TSPs) and coordination of resources, schedules, and performance of direct instruction. Travel may be required but will not exceed 40%.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
8-12 years of operational experience as an Army MOS 35G, GEOINT Warrant Officer, or other service equivalent school
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related discipline
Graduate of NIAC or GITP Graduate of NGA College Instructor Training Course
Demonstrated proficiency in all GEOINT applications, including SOCET, Remote View, ERDAS, FMV, GMTI
Communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and application of curriculum development principals
Experience developing, maintaining and delivering military programs of instruction
