The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a SIGINT Mission Assumption SME at Fort Meade, MD. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.
The SIGINT Mission Assumption SME will assist the customer in creating and/or updating cryptologic policy and procedures related to the transfer/sharing of authorities between NSA and the USAF to maximize support to global AF SCC programs. The candidate will further liaise between USAF cryptologic elements, including airborne, and NSA/CSS organizations on all aspects of cryptologic operations to include operational guidance and capabilities implementation, Air Force (AF) Airborne SIGINT and Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination operations. Additionally, the candidate will identify strategic implications of national and tactical efforts and recommend courses of action to proactively position the Air Force for success in closing intelligence gaps and facilitating integration efforts.
- TS/SCI cleared with Counterintelligence Polygraph
-Requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Understanding of Tactical Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) challenges.
- 10 years’ experience in exploiting and reporting data from ISR sensors and platforms.
- 10 years’ experience with the national intelligence community reporting data bases and standards.
- Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.
- 10+ years’ SIGINT experience
- 10+ years Analysis and Reporting experience
- Experience in Information Operations (IO)
