The Defense Group at Leidos has exciting opportunities for a Desktop Tier III Lead located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).   

JOB SUMMARY
The successful and talented candidate will join a highly skilled team of IT professionals in the IT Enterprise Modernization and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Enterprise IT services to including: Enterprise IT Policy and Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Requirements Analysis, Asset Management, Product Integration, Network Support Services, Cybersecurity Support Services, Operations Support and IT Support Services.

JOB SUMMARY
•Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. 
•Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience
•Must have IAT Level I, II or III OR equivalent prior to start date
•Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
