Leidos is currently seeking a Forensics Scripting Developer to support a highly visible fast paced contract in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This position requires and active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.

Someone who can figure out smarter, better ways to discover new targets or support mission analysis.
Seeking a motivated developer to join the Endpoint and Forensics (E&F) team. This position provides opportunity for the developer to work on a variety of tasking. The candidate will support the development of tools to perform automated data identification and extraction from seized collateral by developing and writing unit tests for existing code. Improve code packaging and deployment in developed tools and capabilities. Support research and implementation for new methods of data exploitation through the use of commercial tools or other GOTS products and integrate them into the existing processing system architecture. Perform research on defined technologies and/or target specific topics. Respond to high-priority customer requests for information (RFI).
Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 4 yrs of experience in software intensive programs for govt or industry customers.
- 1 yr as software engineer supporting SW architecture, dev, analysis, COTS/GOTS tools, and integration.
- Experience with Perl, or experience with a dynamic/multi-paradigm language (Rust, Python, Ruby, Groovy, Scala) and the willingness to learn Perl
- Experience working with a relational databases. E.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLLite
- Understanding of mobile device operating systems (Android and iOS) is desirable
- Understanding of Windows (the registry, NTFS, event logs, etc.) is desirable
- Familiar with developing web applications built around the MVC pattern
- Work in an Agile team environment
