Leverage your knowledge of organization effectiveness, change management, leadership development, and employee engagement solutions to conduct surveys, analyze and evaluate trends, and identify and implement practical interventions aimed at driving strategic and tactical organizational decision-making, influencing organizational change, and accelerating high performing teams.
The Leidos Leadership and Culture Consultant will support all aspects of the HR lifecycle to drive our employee value proposition, including writing collateral, developing and delivering employee messages and communications campaigns, and collaborating with a broad range of external vendors and internal stakeholders to validate needs, evaluate and measure program progress. This new role requires project management, problem-solving, prioritizing, and adherence to multiple internal and external deadlines and demands. The ideal candidate must be able to perform a wide array of project tasks independently, be detail oriented, develop and implement creative solutions, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, handle variable workloads, and drive projects to completion within a collaborative environment.

•Collaborate with external vendors and internal HR business partners and organization effectiveness practitioners to assess gaps and respond to organizational development issues
•Design and implement program evaluations to measure effectiveness: collect feedback via survey or interviews on all interventions, events, and activities to determine customer satisfaction, recommended improvements, and estimate return on investment/expectations.
•Work with program manager and vendor to help design and implement global engagement survey: analyze needs, determine data required and provide input on action planning process
•Create and develop online marketing collateral, expand our SharePoint (intranet) presence, develop executive briefings and advanced PowerPoint presentations.
•In support of multiple cohort programs, administer the nomination process, attendance tracking, participant outreach, and delivery and facilitation of leadership programs, via all types of modalities, including on site (face-to-face) and virtual classroom.
•Manage all work products to include facilitator and participant materials, presentation medias, job aides, and on the job development accelerators.
•Collaborate with communications team on strategies to promote new and existing employee programs that drive organizational change and enhance employee engagement.
•Assist in the development and execution of strategic communications plans for programs, activities, organizations and events.
•Promote internal/external storytelling through various mediums, including web articles, feature stories, talking points and social media
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor's degree with 2 -4 years related experience in human resources and organizational development, leadership development, employee engagement, culture, communications, or master's degree in OD with 2 years of related experience.
•Experience in helping to manage leadership development programs including vendor relations, workflow management, program design, marketing, registration, attendance, evaluation, and contract requirements in a dynamic environment.
•Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
•Minimum of two years’ experience working independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities and delivering optimal customer service.
•Experience in a corporate human resources, talent development organization, or consulting firm with detailed needs analysis, communication, and project management skills.
•Able to communicate and present to all levels of management with advanced MS PowerPoint skills.
•Write, edit and prepare employee messages and executive messages as well as contribute to internal company publications.
•Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure and short-turnaround situations.
•Resourceful and excited to collaborate with HR business partners and project managers across the organization.
•Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
•Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructor-led training, and facilitation is a plus.
