Leidos has a requirement for a Unit Program Coordinator (UPC) at Fort Bragg, NC. The UPC serves as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander for administrative support programs to include but not limited to task management, drug-demand reduction program, and the unit recognition program. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
* Assist the commander in the management of assigned administrative support program functions
* Maintain calendar to schedule meetings and events for senior leadership as required
* Serve as a resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs
* Serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
* Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the Commander's Support staff/organization
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have 5 years of related experience. An A.A. degree may be combined with 3 years of related experience to meet the 5-year requirement. Proficient in Microsoft Office with an ability to become familiar with AF specific programs and software. Experience as an Air Force 3F0X1 and with Air Force personnel systems is preferred.
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, be eligible to gain and maintain a TS clearance with SCI/G/HCS/TK and be willing to submit to a polygraph. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team. Individual must be available for travel, approx. 10%.
