The Defense Group at Leidos has exciting opportunities for a Senior Systems Administrator/Server Tier III Lead located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
The successful and talented candidate will join a highly skilled team of IT professionals in the IT Enterprise Modernization and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Enterprise IT services to including: Enterprise IT Policy and Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Requirements Analysis, Asset Management, Product Integration, Network Support Services, Cybersecurity Support Services, Operations Support and IT Support Services.
•Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
•Optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning.
•Provides assistance to users in accessing and using business systems.
•Performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
•Requires BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain; additional experience in lieu of degree
•Must have IAT Level I, II or III OR equivalent prior to start date
•Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
