The Leidos Defense Group has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior Oracle Developer at San Antonio, Texas.
This position is for the DCPDS Program.
Candidate will develop/maintain database code associated with the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).
The DCPDS system houses HR data associated with Defense Civilian Personnel.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have an inquisitive attitude, and successfully solve problems.
Candidate must have the ability to interact and work collaboratively with a diverse set of users (developers, testers, customers, team leads, management, system users).
Analyze, Design, and Develop reports, interfaces, data conversion and/or HCM configuration changes.
Perform data collection/analysis, report results, and formulate recommendations.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a position of Public Trust.
Bachelors degree and 8-12 years relevant experience or additional relevant experience in lieu of Bachelors or Masters with 6-10 years relevant experience.
Public Trust Clearance.
Must be US. Citizen.
Knowledge of Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, Java, Oracle Application Framework, and JSP).
Experience with Software Configuration Management tools (e.g. PVCS).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Oracle EBS (EBusiness Suite).
Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing methodologies.
