Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos has exciting opportunities for an Identity Management SME located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).   

The successful and talented candidate will join a highly skilled team of IT professionals in the IT Enterprise Modernization and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Enterprise IT services to including: Enterprise IT Policy and Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Requirements Analysis, Asset Management, Product Integration, Network Support Services, Cybersecurity Support Services, Operations Support and IT Support Services.


•The candidate will provide IdM Support services to include designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and securing IT applications.  In addition, provide the following support services: Documentation and SOP Development/Maintenance Support; System Administration; Enterprise Architecture: Configuration Management; Database Administration; Security Engineering; and System Integration. 

•The candidate will perform daily monitoring of the SailPoint application to ensure functional optimization, to include scheduling and configuration of applications and attribute sync efficiency. The candidate will update existing rules, policies and scripts to further enable and automate the organization-specific task and suspense management process. The candidate will monitor logs and report suspicious activity.
•The candidate will develop and maintain the IdM service Account Approval Process. In addition, they will develop, test, implement and maintain an account provision and de-provisioning processes as a part of the IdM SOP and provide a weekly account creation report. The Contractor shall provide Tier III support, perform configuration modifications and corrections Theywill perform development and maintenance activities, using the SecurityIQ platform.
•The candidate will perform all operations and maintenance activities required to ensure and maintain the following:
•IdM service and IdM workflows 
• SailPoint applications, servers, and databases
• SecurityIQ application and servers
•IdM service integration with DISA and DoDNet systems
•Active Directory & Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integration and availability
•Operability of Microsoft Structured Query Language (MS SQL) and Oracle integration
•Common Access Card (CAC)/Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) self-registration, directory synchronization, and account provisioning/de-provisioning services for all DISA IdM service users
•IdM service integration with the Government directed email solution
•IdM service provisioning/de-provisioning module responsible for creating, updating, and disabling accounts
•IdM Service Administration Module capability responsible for delegating individual system activities to administrators

In addition, the candidate will develop, test, deploy, and implement the following:
•Deploy an IdM SIPRNET Solution (SailPoint IIQ and SecurityIQ)
•The Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) and custom data/directory synchronization scripts outside of the IdM product
•An IdM service to perform the installation and configuration of additional database and directory connectors to new systems
•The SecurityIQ service to provide access control of all unstructured data, manages files stored within the DISA network and proactively monitor the unstructured data and flag potential issues before it becomes a problem
•Upgrade SecurityIQ to the most current and stable version, as recommended by software vendor

•Requires Masters with 15 – 20 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13 – 16 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience in lieu of degree
•Must have IAT Level I, II or III OR equivalent prior to start date
•Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
