The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Task Flow and Process Manager at Fort Meade, MD. This position is aligned under the 659 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (ISRG) and is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide ISR operations support to Cyber Mission Forces client. Provide staff support to and assist customer’s executive staff and directly advise Group Commander and senior leadership in executing group responsibilities. Manage and assist customer leadership and staff to coordinate activities with subordinate units to help resolve issues and ensure development, implementations and execution of policy and programs. Review and guide senior-level correspondence and respond to internal and external tasking, including identifying discrepancies and ensuring documentation is sufficient for decision-making. Research and analyze disparate data, identify potential concerns or issues and facilitate recommended decisions, estimates and courses of action to group leadership. Interact with customer’s staff to coordinate, develop and process timely responses to internal and external formal tasking requests for information. Manage the customer’s formal tasking process including tasking assignment, suspense requirements, task response and timeliness.
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI cleared with Polygraph
5+ years’ experience in Knowledge Management
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
Requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 10 years’ experience working with the national intelligence community.
Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.
