Job Description:

The Leidos Health Group currently has an opening for a Division level Finance & Business Operations Director supporting the Electronic Health Records portfolio within our Military & Veterans Health Operation working in Vienna, VA.  This leader will have a staff of other leaders/leads and analysts supporting one of our largest programs within Leidos.  We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can work with both program personnel, program leadership and senior leadership.  The roles and responsibilities of this position include:

  • Financial forecasting and performance reporting to division and operations leadership
  • Supporting business growth initiatives
  • Creation of business cases inclusive of financial modeling
  • Driving continuous improvement within the financial organization
  • Leading personnel performance management and succession planning

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors’ Degree with 12 years’ of applicable experience managing finance or accounting related functions

Experience supporting programs within government contracting.

Preferred Qualifications

Financial forecasting and analysis for large complex programs

Experience with supporting $300M+ programs/portfolios

Use and management of Earned Value and Scheduling functions

MBA degree a plus
