The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Special Operations Forces Support Team, Intelligence Integrator to work at a government facility in Reston, Virginia on the FSDE Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience assisting DTRA-OI-OA Focused Support Decisive Action program in its mission to counter improvised threats. You will provide support to our the client, and forward deployed Special Operations units, focused on countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build or employ such threats. Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for the senior military audience. You will execute your mission through integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS. Ability to deploy with 4-6 month rotations to austere, forward deployed locations to include hostile and semi-permissive environments.
Your expertise will work as part of special operations analytical teams and produce actionable information for supported elements. You will provide the subject matter expertise that is highly skilled at developing actionable intelligence that feed SOF targeting. You will use a variety of industry standard tool sets, such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir, M3, TAC, NCTC Online, ICReach, SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, ArcGIS, and Google Earth. You will work independently and as part of a team with little direct supervison. Your work will result in relevant and timely analytical support to a range of deployed SOF units to include Army Special Forces, USMC Raiders, Navy SEAL Teams, Army Rangers, and Coalition SOF. You will support a deployment schedule that aims to support 4-6 month deployments with 18 months of dwell time at home station. Salary uplifts while deployed apply.
BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in providing intelligence analysis to Special Operations Force units both at home station and in deployed locations.
• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Be medically deployable and willing to deploy to OCONUS theaters of operation to provide targeting and intelligence support to forward units.
- Expert knowledge using Analyst Notebook, Palantir, M3, TAC, NCTC Online, ICReach, SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, ArcGIS, and Google Earth.
• Experience working at a Joint Intelligence Support Element for a Theater Special Operations Command is a plus.
• Targeting experience in a Special Mission Unit is a plus.
• Recent relevant deployment experience in a combat theater.
• Experience with C-IED techniques, tactics and procedures.
• Experience with Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAV).
