- Audit/Inventory of assets under the IUFS program
- Updating databases with changes to assets
- Work warehouse duties to include:
o Scanning/tracking/logging all received equipment and uploading to proper database
o Adhering barcode to all necessary received equipment
o Scanning/tracking/logging all shipped equipment and uploading to proper database
o Monitor equipment levels to ensure availability for use and properly stocked
o Performing periodic audit/inventory of the warehouse
o Preparing equipment to be shipped
- Sanitize equipment per DoD regulations
- Check in daily with the site lead and update them on worked performed
- Ensure warehouse steps conforms to all required U.S. Government and Department of Defense rules and requirements, NGA policies and regulations, and Leidos Regulations
- Capture configuration details for equipment in service
- Work with the Contracts & Warranty team and assist with monitoring tickets to include:
o Checking warehouse stock to fulfill tickets
o Issuing equipment to be shipped
o Working with vendors on maintenance and site visits
o Creating orders for equipment needs
This particular position will work at the customer site on 2nd Street. They may occasionally be assigned to work in the warehouse at Arnold in the receiving and loading dock area. At times, this position may need to travel to other warehouse facilities and deliver material.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Education & Experience:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience.
