Job Description: Individual must be thoroughly familiar with Department of Defense and United States Air Force multi-discipline sensitive compartmented information (SCI) security program documentation and operating practices. The individual will analyze the Government organization’s security program, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable physical and personnel security directives; assist with facility entry control accesses; develop and submit facility / equipment security accreditation packages; develop and manage security education / refresher training; develop / coordinate Security Operation Plans (SOPs) / tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP); develop, coordinate, and execute security objectives and plans for movement of personnel, equipment and operations to new facility; and coordinate actions with local and national agencies to obtain security accreditation of the new facility. The individual will also participate in security-related assessments / investigations as required. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor’s Degree and 4-8 years’ experience (or years of experience may be substituted for degree) or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Experience in USAF security programs and minimum 3 years in an SCI environment. Proficiency with Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS); desktop computing platforms (PC) and applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel); and database structures. Individual must possess an active TOP SECRET security clearance and be immediately eligible for SCI indoctrination.
