The Defense Group at Leidos is currently seeking a Remedy Administrator in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
JOB SUMMARY
Performs Remedy duties that includes configuring Remedy for use in an ITIL environment, evaluate products and upgrades for implementation, developing solutions within the Remedy application, creating custom workflows and reports, knowledge of Business Objects Server or Crystal Reports, Experience with basic Windows Server 2012 r2 and 2016. Manage Remedy Suite 9.x Suite and provide daily, weekly, monthly reports for the customer. Assist with Flexera Manager Platform (software license management).Working with Stakeholders to understand requirements and developing solutions within the Remedy application.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Ten (10) years of experience as a Remedy Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; additional experience in lieu of degree.
•BMC Remedy IT Service Management, Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB), BMC (ADDM) Discovery. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, Certification "Security+" related certification Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong work ethic.
•Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and work on multiple Government deliverables at one time.
•Ability to work with MS SQL Server as a simple DBA.
•Active DoD Top Secret clearance
