Leidos Military & Veterans Health Solutions Group has an opening for an Integration Engineer II to support the DHMSM Program in Vienna, VA.
The DHMSM program provides modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense. The Leidos Partnership for Defense Health (LPDH) is seeking candidates for the engineering team to support a number of positions to define, implement, deploy and sustain new capabilities for the MHS GENESIS DoD EHR system.
Architect, develop, integrate, test, optimize and sustain DHMSM systems and subsystems. Develop integration automation capabilities. Interpretation of system, subsystem, interfaces and software requirements and design specifications is essential. Experience with IT systems, development and integration methodologies, and test processes is necessary.
Execution of problem analysis and architecture as well as design troubleshooting. Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for systems improvements. Contributes to design process evolution. Prepares systems project reports.
- Experience with Windows and Linux-based IT systems
- Knowledge of design, development, and integration, and testing techniques
- Working knowledge of product development lifecycle
- Requires BS degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and CAC. Federal requirement
- Customer expectation management.
- Current Public Trust or DoD Secret clearance ·
- Current CAC · Experience with Cerner products ·
- Experience supporting the DoD is preferred, and experience supporting the Defense Health community is a major benefit
