PMA-280 (Tomahawk Weapons System) is searching for a Senior Program Analyst to support the Missile Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT). The candidate will provide engineering support to the IPT Lead, and assist them with various actions that support the overall goals of the Program Office through assigned tasks and projects as well as facilitation of meetings and coordination of efforts of one or more program stakeholders. The candidate will provide critical support, guidance, and oversight pertaining to the production, recertification, sustainment and integration of incremental capability upgrades (avionics, warhead, etc.) to the Tomahawk missile program.
Candidate performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DOD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Candidate also provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program.
The individual participates as a member of and/or supports the program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Our new colleague will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
Additionally, our teammate tracks program/project status and schedules and applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
Basic Qualifications
Active Secret clearance
MS or MA degree in a business, management, or engineering management w/ 6+ yrs related experience and Level 3 IA certification OR a BS/BA degree or PMI certification and 8+ yrs of experience OR 12+ yrs of relevant experience w/o a degree
10+ years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management
6 years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning
Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBS, military interdepartmental procurement requests, work requests, requisitions, contract data requirements list, and DD254
Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules.
